Fáilte Ireland Inside Food Podcast

We are very proud to hear our colleague Joe Quinn participating in the first Fáilte Ireland Inside Food podcast. On the podcast Joe talks all things future food trends with Ruth Hegarty of Egg and Chicken.  They discuss changing consumer behaviour and emerging trends shaping the future of eating out.  The podcast covers key topics like how breakfast concepts are changing and how all-day dining is evolving. They also speak about the fact that outdoor dining and food-to-go are here to stay.  It is a very interesting  interview, worth a listen. Failte Ireland Breakfast Innovation Toolkit

With the changing nature of hotel breakfast, driven by factors such as COVID-19, modern lifestyles and new food trends, Fáilte Ireland have developed a Breakfast Innovation Toolkit to assist hotels optimise sales and drive efficiencies in this area.  The toolkit consists of 8 modules which include top tips, sustainability advice, templates and guidance materials. Irish Hotels Federation – A Toolkit for Revenue Management in 2021

Oonagh was delighted to be invited as guest speaker by the Irish Hotels Federation on their recent webinar – A Toolkit for Revenue Management in 2021. The webinar, a conversation about Revenue Management, covered topics such as current market overview, changes in Revenue Management practices, Consumer Behaviour trends and considering your post pandemic revenue strategy.
