Lorraine Sheenan is a Tourism & Hospitality professional with over 16 years’ experience in the sector, the majority of which she spent as a member of the senior management team of The Guinness Storehouse. During this time she was an integral part of the team responsible for ongoing innovation and course correction to assist in the successful positioning of the storehouse as the number one visitor attraction in Ireland. Lorraine challenges the status quo,  is results orientated and customer centric with a genuine love of people. Her main areas of expertise include visitor attraction management encompassing capacity management, visitor flow, yield management, brand immersion and interactive experiences as well as hospitality operations, event planning, and budgeting.
