We deliver bespoke training to help deliver optimum revenue results from the reservations process. This programme focuses on three key areas:
Needs and benefit based selling, Up-selling (room types and ancillary services) and Converting the call to a confirmed reservation.
We provide a completely personalised training programme aligned to the objectives of the business, to help the reservations team to confirm every enquiry as a reservation while driving ancillary spend for the hotel and overall, improving the customer journey and experience to help build loyal, repeat customers. Core to the training is to leave the reservations teams with a tangible tool kit of prompts and supports to close each sale with the best revenue outcome possible.
This training works as a standalone training programme while also having enhanced success when used in conjunction with our mystery shopping service to target areas of opportunity and fine tune your customer experiences.
